Bike LD - Solutions with Intelligence

Compensation
After the dust has settled the most annoying thing for our clients is that it wasn’t an accident.

It was a collision that ‘should’ve, could’ve, would’ve’ been avoided but for someone else’s lack of attention, often them failing to see, not looking or simply bad driving. Or it might have been a pothole, bad road surface or dangerous road design that caused your loss of traction and control.

BikeLD are the professionals at investigating liability – the question of fault.

At the start there may be a quick admission of liability or we may ask our police trained Accident Investigators to attend the scene and interview witnesses. Later, when dealing with insurers we may negotiate or it may be that your case needs to go to court. You could finish with your case being argued in court by one of the country’s leading bike law barristers.

Our job is to get answers. From the simplest to the most complex cases BikeLD has the expertise, knowledge and understanding to get results.

Once liability has been decided your compensation claim will be assessed. We know that for most of our clients it is not about the money, it’s about their recovery and lifestyle after they have been injured so we use high quality services to get riders back on two wheels; back to work or as much as possible back to the way they were before they were injured. We may use our
Quick Kit replacement scheme, arrange physiotherapy or provide a hire vehicle. We will do our best to meet each client’s individual needs.

In cases of very serious injury BikeLD have specialist solicitors to help and advise. Our service combines the skills of our Headway and Spinal Injury Association trained solicitors and the support of a case manager from our own in house rehabilitation specialist with our understanding that even though we may have seen it all before, this is a new and unwelcome experience for you and your family.

Our commitment is to you. Your compensation is yours. We recover your legal costs from the other side.
