Bulk Handling for Insurers
The employment team provides bulk litigation services to legal expense insurer clients. The team of 50 dedicated staff nationwide comprises of highly skilled and experienced litigators. The team handles the full range of employment litigation on behalf of employers and employees in the employment tribunal, EAT and civil courts including claims for; -
- Breach of Contract and wages claims
- Unfair and constructive dismissal
- Discrimination (including sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religious belief)
- TUPE
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants and injunctive relief
- Protection from harassment
- Whistleblowing
Employment law is a fast moving area of law and we are committed to keeping our employment team trained in new developments by way of internal and external training.
With the benefit of our case management system, Filestream, we are able to provide a bespoke service to our insurer that works to their service standards, is highly efficient and cost effective. We offer a variety of very competitive fee arrangements including fixed fee work.
To ensure that we maintain our high standards we have a formal audit process undertaken on a monthly basis, the results of which we share with our insurer clients. Our case management system allows us to provide monthly management information reports tailored to our insurer client's requirements.
